Mini App Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy applies to Marhaba mini apps that staff use to do their work, such as inventory movement, gate pass, attendance, and fuel. These apps are internal. Access is limited to employees and follows the role given to that person.

The Marhaba website and the Marhaba customer app are used by people worldwide. Those services have a separate privacy policy at marhabaauctions.com/privacy-policy. The rules for those public services are different from this page.

Information we use

• The staff member's name, work login, and role.
• Work actions in the mini app, including scans, vehicle and inventory records, gate passes, attendance, and fuel entries.
• The date and time of those actions, and who performed them.

Why we use it

We use this information to run internal operations, restrict each login to the mini apps that role allows, and keep a record of work done in the app. It is used for employment duties. It is not a service for the public.

Who can access it

Only authorised Marhaba employees can sign in. A mini app opens only when that employee's role includes it. Marhaba may review these records for operations, security, and supervision of staff work.
